Bindemittel aus. Als atmendes und dennoch isolierendes Material tragen Fermacell Platten einem angenehmen Raumklima bei. Mit Fermacell Platten wird nur noch ein Plattentyp f\u00fcr Ausbau, Feuchtraum, Schall- und Brandschutz ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p><p>Dank der Faserverst\u00e4rkung gelten die Bauplatten als au\u00dferordentlich stabil, tragf\u00e4hig sowie widerstandsf\u00e4hig. Ihre Be- und Verarbeitung ist unkompliziert; Fermacell Platten k\u00f6nnen ges\u00e4gt, gebohrt, geritzt, gehobelt, gefr\u00e4st und geschliffen werden. Um den Boden gegen Restfeuchte aus dem Bauwerk sowie aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit zu sch\u00fctzen, wird die Verlegung von abdichtenden Folien empfohlen. Auch eine zus\u00e4tzliche D\u00e4mmschicht kommt vor Beginn der Verlegearbeiten in Betracht.<\/p><p>Auch die Fermacell Estrich-Elemente lassen sich mit handels\u00fcblichen Werkzeugen auf das ben\u00f6tigte Ma\u00df bringen.
