Ob dieses Ph\u00e4nomen mit dem viel diskutierten Klimawandel zusammenh\u00e4ngt, kann nicht sicher beurteilt werden. Kellerr\u00e4ume werden in der heutigen Zeit nicht nur als Abstellfl\u00e4chen genutzt, sondern dienen als Hobbykeller, Wohnkeller oder der Aufbewahrung und Lagerung von Wertgegenst\u00e4nden. Der ideelle Wert des Kellers steigt, weshalb ein Schutz gegen N\u00e4sse, K\u00e4lte und Einbruch zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnt.
