Die Unterspannbahn h\u00e4lt die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baustoffshop.de\/daemmstoffe.html\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"176\" title=\"d\u00e4mmung bei BAUSTOFFSHOP.DE\">D\u00e4mmung<\/a> sauber, trocken und somit funktionsf\u00e4hig. Bei Steild\u00e4chern wird die Unterspannbahn als zweite wasserf\u00fchrende Schicht unterhalb der Dachabdeckung eingebracht. Oberhalb der Unterspannbahn wird dann die Konterlattung sowie Dachlattung und zuletzt die eigentliche Eindeckung gespannt und &#8222;h\u00e4ngt&#8220; dort frei. Ein leichtes Durchh\u00e4ngen ist dabei wichtig, um Feuchtigkeit durch das so entstandene Gef\u00e4lle nach unten abzuweisen. Im Idealfall wird die Unterkonstruktion so errichtet, dass die Sparrenabst\u00e4nde zwischen <strong>50 cm<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baustoffshop.de\/dach\/dachfenster\/eindeckrahmen\/fur-wellplatten.html\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"569\" title=\"f\u00fcr wellplatten bei BAUSTOFFSHOP.DE\">f\u00fcr Wellplatten<\/a> aus Polyester oder PVC und <strong>80 cm<\/strong> f\u00fcr Platten aus Acryl oder Polycarbonat betragen. Wird das Geb\u00e4ude stark der Witterung und insbesondere Schneelasten oder Wind ausgesetzt, sollten die Abst\u00e4nde entsprechend verringert werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hitzestaus empfiehlt es sich au\u00dferdem, die Oberseiten der Sparren in Wei\u00df zu streichen oder sie mit silbernem Reflektionsband zu bekleben.<\/p><p>Der wichtigste Unterschied zwischen beiden Bahnen ist jedoch die Diffusionsoffenheit. Eine Unterdeckbahn kann demnach auch als Unterspannbahn dienen, was umgekehrt jedoch nicht funktioniert. In diesen F\u00e4llen wird von einer bel\u00fcfteten Konstruktion gesprochen, die feuchte Luft nach au\u00dfen leitet und auch W\u00e4rmestauungen vorbeugt.<\/p><p>Unterspannbahnen und Unterdeckbahnen werden generell parallel zur Traufe und bis auf das Traufblech verlegt. Bei bel\u00fcfteten Konstruktionen sollte die Unterspannbahn f\u00fcnf Zentimeter unterhalb des First-Scheitelpunktes enden, um eine Bel\u00fcftung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Bei unbel\u00fcfteten Konstruktionen wird die Unterdeckbahn durchg\u00e4ngig \u00fcber den First hinweg verspannt, um das Dach effektiv gegen Witterungseinfl\u00fcsse zu sch\u00fctzen.
