W\u00e4hrend Fugen in Feuchtbereichen wie Badezimmern oder K\u00fcchen eher mit dem wasserfesten Silikon aufgef\u00fcllt werden, wird in allen trockenen Bereichen Acryl genutzt. gro\u00dfen Dehnungsanspruch mit sich bringen. Die Dichtmasse haftet auf Mauern, Gipskarton, Holz, Glas oder Putz. Geringe Schwankungen werden von hochwertigem Acryl, wie beispielsweise den Produkten von Otto Chemie, ausgeglichen.<\/p><p>Mit der Produktserie Ottoseal hat Otto Chemie vom Standard-Acryl bis zum Premium-Acryl mit einer Bewegungsaufnahme von bis zu 18% viele qualitative Dichtstoffe f\u00fcr die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen am Markt etabliert. Bei dem Dichtstoff von Otto Chemie wird beispielsweise darauf hingewiesen, die Materialien im Kontaktbereich auf ihre Vertr\u00e4glichkeit mit der Dichtmasse zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Des Weiteren sollte das Acryl nicht bei Temperaturen unter +5 Grad Celsius verarbeitet werden.<\/p><h4>Vorbereitungen<\/h4><p>Im Falle einer Erneuerung muss die alte Fuge aus Acryl zuerst entfernt werden. Im Gegensatz zu Silikonfugen lassen sich Acrylfugen eher nicht am St\u00fcck herausziehen sondern m\u00fcssen st\u00fcckchenweise herausgetrennt werden, da das Material br\u00fcchig ist. Trotz diesem Elastizit\u00e4tsverlust lassen sich Acryl-Reste recht einfach komplett entfernen.<\/p><p>Die Haftfl\u00e4chen sollten staub- und fettfrei, sauber und tragf\u00e4hig sein. F\u00fcr die vorbereitende Reinigung der Kontaktfl\u00e4chen empfiehlt Otto Chemie die Behandlung mit dem Otto Cleaner und einem Tuch, oder die mechanische Entfernung von losen Partikeln durch B\u00fcrsten sowie Schleifscheiben.<\/p><p>Um die Haftungseigenschaften von Dichtstoffen auf saugenden Fl\u00e4chen zu optimieren, k\u00f6nnen die Fl\u00e4chen vorab mit Wasser angefeuchtet werden. Au\u00dferdem h\u00e4lt Otto Chemie f\u00fcr verschiedene Untergr\u00fcnde einen speziellen Primer als Grundierung bereit. Ein Abkleben der Kanten im Verarbeitungsbereich reduziert sp\u00e4tere Reinigungsarbeiten.<\/p><h4>Acryl spritzen mit der Pistole<\/h4><p>Dichtstoffe k\u00f6nnen wahlweise mit der Handpresspistole oder der Druckluftpistole gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig ausgespritzt werden. Hierzu wird die Kartusche in das jeweilige Pistolenmodell eingesetzt und die T\u00fclle schr\u00e4g abgeschnitten, wobei die \u00d6ffnung auf die sp\u00e4tere Fugenbreite abgestimmt werden sollte.<\/p><h4>Fugen mit Acryl f\u00fcllen<\/h4><p>Nun kann die T\u00fclle langsam mit gleichzeitigem Druck auf den Griff der Kartusche \u00fcber die Fuge gezogen werden. Die Dichtmasse sollte sich gleichbleibend \u00fcber die Fuge legen, weshalb die komplette Fugenl\u00e4nge idealerweise in einem Zug aufgef\u00fcllt wird.<\/p><h4>Acryl-Fugen gl\u00e4tten<\/h4><p>Die frische Fuge wird mit einem Abzieher gegl\u00e4ttet, wobei keine Reste der Masse an W\u00e4nde oder B\u00f6den gelangen sollten. Bei vorab abgeklebten Fl\u00e4chen bleiben die Reste am Malerkrepp haften und k\u00f6nnen sp\u00e4ter entsorgt werden. Zur Verdichtung und weiteren Gl\u00e4ttung der Fuge sollte ein mit Wasser und ein paar Tropfen Sp\u00fclmittel benetzter Finger vorsichtig \u00fcber den feuchten Dichtstoff gef\u00fchrt werden. Hilfsweise h\u00e4lt der Heimwerker Fachhandel auch den \u00fcblichen Fugenbreiten entsprechende Gl\u00e4tter und Abzieher bereit.
