Auftragsb\u00fccher sind voll, aber wichtige Materialien sind nur schwer zu bekommen. Baumaterialien werden immer knapper, die Preise f\u00fcr Baustoffe klettern immer h\u00f6her, Bauprojekte verz\u00f6gern sich. Teile der Bauwirtschaft appellieren schon an die Auftraggeber, in Bauvertr\u00e4gen Stoffpreisgleitklauseln aufzunehmen, um die Risiken unkalkulierbarer Kosten abzufangen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Das allgemein bewegende Thema aus vielen Warenbereichen sind lange Lieferzeiten, Materialengp\u00e4sse und unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfige Preissteigerungen. Viele Experten sprechen von einer \u00fcberhitzten Baukonjunktur, andere machen die Corona-Krise f\u00fcr diese Entwicklung verantwortlich. Katharina Metzger sieht in dieser Situation eher ein kurzfristiges Ph\u00e4nomen. Eine Einsch\u00e4tzung, die Mut macht und nicht unbegr\u00fcndet ist. Dabei ist die aktuelle Situation nichts, was sich mit irgendwelchen Wirtschaftskrisen in der Vergangenheit vergleichen l\u00e4sst. Die Corona-Pandemie hat den Markt f\u00fcr Baustoffe durcheinandergewirbelt und sorgt auch auf deutschen Baustellen f\u00fcr Probleme. Die Preise f\u00fcr Material sind teils dramatisch gestiegen. Viele Branchenexperten schalten inzwischen um in den Panikmodus. Eines ist sicher, es ist ein kurzfristiges Ph\u00e4nomen \u2013 aus vielerlei Gr\u00fcnden. Ich denke nicht, dass die Baukonjunktur \u00fcberhitzt ist oder die Bedarfe falsch eingesch\u00e4tzt werden. Beim Holz ist es eindeutig so, dass die internationalen M\u00e4rkte die Mengen aufsaugen, die der deutsche Markt gerne h\u00e4tte. Die Waldsch\u00e4den in Kanada f\u00fchren bei einem der gr\u00f6\u00dften Holzproduzenten zu niedrigerer Produktion. Amerika und China versorgen sich auf anderen M\u00e4rkten \u2013 zumal das Preisniveau f\u00fcr Holz in Mitteleuropa wohl vergleichsweise niedrig ist. Jeder Exporteur wird hier kaufm\u00e4nnisch reagieren. Auch wenn die Holzverb\u00e4nde darstellen, dass auf dem Weltmarkt gen\u00fcgend Holz vorhanden ist. Das Preisniveau wird sich anders einpegeln. Ein anderes Bestell- und Kaufverhalten hat auf einmal zu Lieferzeiten gef\u00fchrt, ohne dass sich der Bedarf- oder das Konsumverhalten ver\u00e4ndert haben. Wir haben ein gutes Baujahr 2020 hinter uns, z.T. im Wohnungsbau mit zweistelligen Wachstumsraten, daf\u00fcr aber mit deutlichen R\u00fcckg\u00e4ngen im Wirtschaftsbau. Manche Hersteller haben diesen guten Lauf genutzt, Instandhaltung geschoben, Werke laufen lassen, was jetzt nachgeholt werden muss. An diesen prozessualen Themen kann man arbeiten. Hier gibt es jetzt, mit Anlaufen der Weltwirtschaft, ein Thema, wieder auf die alten Produktionsniveaus und in die alten Absatzsysteme zu kommen. Es gibt auch Volkswirtschaften wie Indien, die noch voll von der dritten Welle betroffen sind. Hier sieht man wirklich dramatische Bildern \u00fcber die Versorgungslage. Das globale Einkaufen und Versorgen, zum Teil der Blick auf den letzten Optimierungs-Cent, haben jetzt verheerende Auswirkungen. Besonders in diesen Zeiten zeichnet sich aus, wenn man verl\u00e4ssliche Lieferantenbeziehungen hat und gemeinsam in den vergangenen Jahren durch \u201edick- und d\u00fcnn\u201c gegangen ist, wenn man die viel besagte Partnerschaft gelebt hat. Wir haben unsere Mitglieder informiert, auf AGB Klauseln hingewiesen und Beispielinformationen \u00fcbermittelt, mit denen Sie auf bestimmte Situationen reagieren k\u00f6nnen. Unser Ziel ist es, zufriedene Kunden zu haben.<\/p><p>Last but not least bringt es einen zum Nachdenken, worum man sich sonst im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft schl\u00e4gt. Ich bin sicher, diese Situation wird dazu f\u00fchren, den Anteil der Materialkosten an den Bauwerkskosten, Kostengruppe 300 und 400, auszuloten. Wir werden feststellen, der Gro\u00dfteil der Wertsch\u00f6pfung liegt in L\u00f6hnen, in der Verarbeitung, aber nicht beim Material, von dem die Hersteller und die Fachh\u00e4ndler leben. Wir werden diese Thematik mit der Arbeitsgemeinschaft f\u00fcr zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfes Bauen in Kiel untersuchen, um mehr Klarheit und Transparenz zu den Auswirkungen solcher Entwicklungen wie aktuell
