Handelsblatt fragte die Verbraucher<\/h2>

Als Kooperationspartner des Handelsblatt hat das Marktforschungsinstitut ServiceValue im Rahmen einer aktuellen, repr\u00e4sentativen Verbraucherbefragung \u00fcber 310.000 Kundenurteile zu insgesamt 1.344 Online-H\u00e4ndlern aus 94 Branchen ausgewertet. Die zentrale Frage lautete:
\u201eWenn Sie alle Ihre Erwartungen und Erfahrungen aus den letzten 12 Monaten zusammenfassen \u2013 wie bewerten Sie diesen (Online-)H\u00e4ndler im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern der gleichen Branche insgesamt?\u201c<\/p>

F\u00fcr das Ranking wurden pro H\u00e4ndler ausschlie\u00dflich Bewertungen von Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern ber\u00fccksichtigt, die in den vergangenen zw\u00f6lf Monaten tats\u00e4chlich Leistungen des jeweiligen Anbieters in Anspruch genommen haben.<\/p>
